WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store and curbside pickup is available for All Products. Pickups are available Monday-Friday from 9:30 am to
6:00 pm.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free Standard, Ground, shipping on orders over $99 on non-sale items.
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
we are not responsible for lost packages or misplaced packages
if the delivery information/address provided by a costumer is not correct, and the order ships; we will not be responsible and no returns will be accepted
orders only ship on weekdays during regular business hours
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
if the order is delayed please contact the delivery courier with the tracking information we provided you at the time of shipping.

RETURNS

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that if the return is accepted; no money will be refunded, but instead you can exchange the item for another item of the same value.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that any return expenses will be covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or contact us first so we can expedite it.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be contacted by our team and we will arrange with you an item of you liking with the same or lesser value to be exchanged, since no money is refunded per our policy.
